My background: I set out to learn about the healing arts in my early twenties when I first began to feel a powerful energy channel through my hands. I had grown up hearing stories about my great grandmother as a healer, but no one in my family could explain the phenomena I was experiencing. While browsing a bookstore one day, I looked up and saw a book framing an image of hands enveloped in rays of light. It perfectly illustrated what I had been feeling in my own hands. The book was about Reiki and when I looked at the bulletin board to my right, I saw there would be an informational about the practice that very night. There I met my first Reiki Master and so began a journey that has enabled me to hold a space for healing.
My passion: to hold a space for healing to take place. As a teacher, I am open to guiding that process when requested. Those who seek healing will be met with compassion and acceptance in a safe environment where they might find clarity and the courage to heal and grow towards happiness. I intend to nurture interconnectedness while honoring the individual journey towards the realization that we all have the power to heal. I am here to call people home to that place in all our hearts where we experience our true potential.
