Sound Baths: What to Expect

Join us for an immersive sound bath and Holy Fire® guided meditation experience! This relaxing activity will transport you to a place of peace and tranquility as over 14 crystal singing bowls, flutes, chimes, handpans, a gong, and soothing rain and ocean sounds wash over you. These sounds help relax your body, mind, and spirit, supporting the release of stress and the restoration of balance. About 10 minutes into the sound bath, we’ll gently guide you through a meditation to help deepen relaxation and support your experience. We provide yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and eye masks. A limited number of bolsters are available, and you’re always welcome to bring your own mat, bolster, or any personal items that enhance your comfort, especially for lower back or neck support.

*Because sound baths invite deep relaxation, some participants may fall asleep and occasionally snore. This is a normal response and nothing to feel ashamed of. To support everyone’s experience, we offer nasal strips and recommend gentle head elevation with a bolster if needed. If nearby snoring becomes distracting, you’re welcome to quietly raise your hand so a facilitator can offer support. Our intention is to maintain a calm, inclusive, and respectful space where everyone can fully relax.*
